Hi all, this is Tina.  I started CRE Underground in order to provide a resource
for investors and brokers to connect and share prospective real estate deals,
such as off-market transactions, among other things.  One key feature will be a
portfolio analysis tool providing ROI and other data for investors to consider
when looking at prospective deals.  I am also looking forward to my in-house
attorney Andrew Watters (@AndyTest), who
coincidentally I am married to, providing his unique perspective and brilliant
advice to users deriving from his lengthy career as a litigation and trial
attorney (including commercial real estate matters).
